Biografia

Iohannes jest znany tylko dzięki inskrypcji, które nagrane go jako konsula roku 456, kiedy to został wybrany przez sąd Wschodniej trzymać ten urząd razem z Varanes ; na Zachodzie, jednak nie został on uznany, jako konsulat odbył cesarz Avitus .
